Methodology

We use this methodology to maintain a consistent approach to process improvement. The model is designed to create and sustain profitable and environmentally-sensitive processes for the design, production, procurement, distribution, and use of printed and online documents such as incoming and outgoing mail – including direct mail – and marketing collateral.

Methodology

  • Assessment: The first step is identify all documents in the target segment and complete an audit and assessment.
  • Analysis: By carefully analyzing the processes around the use of the documents, a detailed cost analysis is produced.
  • Goals/Objectives: Comparing the status quo against the goals and objectives – the gap analysis – results in a clear direction.
  • Define/Design: The specific scope of activities and costs are defined to achieve your unique requirements.
  • Implementation: Publication of a master plan with step-by-step actions and new processes. Appropriate technology will be identified and recommendations made for acquisition where necessary.
  • Measurement: Documentation of change and improvement to measure levels of efficiency and effectiveness of process implementation.
  • Evaluation/Appraisal: Ongoing monitoring and feedback of key performance indicators (KPIs); to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
  • Sustenance: We will continue to work with your organization to provide ongoing improvement in processes, structure, and costs.
  • Profits: The tangible and intangible rewards of cost saving and process efficiencies.
